Our insulated panels are engineered with high-performance thermal insulation and reinforced with specially coated steel sheets.

Insulated Panel Surface & Material Options
A variety of options are available to suit different applications. Our insulated panels are offered in three configurations: color-coated steel on both sides (1CB/1CB), color-coated steel on one side with stainless steel on the other (1CB/1SS), and stainless steel on both sides (1SS/1SS). These selections are designed to accommodate a wide range of installation requirements, whether for interior or exterior use, or for environments that require exceptional corrosion resistance.

the following core densities are used:
Polystyrene (PS): Density 1.25 lbs/ft³
Polyurethane (PU): Density 2.50 lbs/ft³

Polystyrene Foam (PS) insulated panels are engineered to deliver highly effective thermal insulation performance.
Even at a thickness of just 50 millimeters, they provide thermal resistance equivalent to conventional construction materials that require significantly greater thicknesssuch as clay bricks, aerated lightweight concrete, standard concrete, fiberglass, and other types of foam.
